Upcoming Webinar – We’re not White: Racial Identity Construction of Arab American College Students

On Wednesday, January 30th from 3:00 – 4:30 PM CST, Dr. Nina Shoman-Dajani will explore the issues Arab American college students face as they construct their identities in a system that renders them “invisible” in the “White” category of applications. This session is particularly beneficial to those interested in race demographics, retention, support services, and student sub-populations. No prior background knowledge is needed to attend this session.

For more information about this session, and to register, please visit its page on the National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in American Higher Education (NCORE) website.  There is a $50 fee for the session.  Closed captioning will be provided.
