By understanding what trauma is\, how it affects behavior and engagement\, and how to respond with compassion and boundaries\, we lay the foundation for a campus where everyone person can thrive. Creating trauma informed spaces is not only about responding to harm\, but about proactively shaping a community that feels safe\, connected\, and empowered to grow.
