This session is in-person and is the sixteenth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Center for Teaching and Learning. This session will focus on the spirit part of the mind, body, and spirit (soul) connection. We will hear from different representatives of the spiritual groups that have been identified as part of the demographics of our Moraine Valley Community College family.
