Positive Classroom Interactions (CTLF-S144-501)

This faculty-focused interactive workshop is designed to provide faculty members tools to generate positive communication between themselves and their students. In addition, the workshop will explore methods to de-escalate tense situations between faculty and students. We will also examine how diversity, equity and inclusion play a role in generating positive communications. The goal of the workshop is to provide faculty members with tools and examples to utilize to generate positive interactions and tools to de-escalate difficult conversations.
