The EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative is devoted to effective teaching and learning, the principles and practices of learning, and learning technologies. Supporting Learning and Technology in Education is a group working with K-12 and higher education institutions, as well as corporate partners interested in technology-enabled learning. SLATE is very inclusive with its professional development topics, monthly meetings, and annual conference. Moraine Valley is one of the original founding members of SLATE.
