Self-Care: Health Holidays (CTLE-E130-546)

This is the twenty- fourth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning. We will share tips on maintaining health during the holidays while celebrating your 2024 self-care journey. Raffle prizes for attendees of all sessions and healthy snacks will be provided.
