Strong Fitness Journey Workshop (CTLE-E133-502)

April 20 @ 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm

Start building and developing your fitness journey by learning the key components of a fitness program and guidelines for success. Whether you desire to focus on building more strength, balance and flexibility, or to effectively change your body composition (lose weight), this workshop and WORKOUT will provide you with these tools for success. During this workshop, you will learn by performing muscular/endurance, balance and flexibility exercises throughout the entire session. Proper technique and form will be taught for all exercises, and the focus is on safe and effective training for both beginners and intermediate fitness levels. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and exercise shoes, and bring a water bottle. By the end of the hour, you will have the knowledge, skill and practice to start your journey towards fitness.
