This is the twenty- fourth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning. We will share tips on maintaining health during the holidays while celebrarting your 2024 self-care journey. Raffle prizes for attendees of all sessions and healthy snacks will be provided.
