DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY COMPLIANCE REQUIRED BY APRIL 2026

In accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice’s updated rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), all public colleges and universities must ensure their digital content—including websites, mobile apps, and online course materials—meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards by April 24, 2026. Please see the Web Accessibility Presentation for additional details.  To learn how to make materials accessible, visit the Center for Teaching and Learning website to view on-demand resources and the schedule of live workshops and open labs.  For compliance-related questions, contact Kelly Grab. For training questions, please contact the Center for Teaching and Learning.
