Self-care talks are intended to help you prioritize yourself, develop healthy habits, and replenish your energy. Each session focuses on a distinct facet of self-care to help you achieve overall growth and balance. This session will concentrate on aging. Although aging is a normal aspect of life, it may be a vivid and satisfying experience if one adopts the appropriate habits and mindset. In this discussion, the need of preserving one’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being as one ages is discussed. Snacks will be provided.
