This session is in-person and is the twentieth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the
Center for Teaching and Learning. Self-care means being aware of your stress level as well as how to manage stress.
Speakers will explain stress, its impact on one’s body, and how to reduce stress. Stress balls will be given to participants.
