This session will focus on the spirit part of the mind, body, and spirit (soul) connection. We will hear from different representatives of the spiritual groups that have been identified as part of the demographics of our Moraine Valley Community College family.

We will have an informative and engaging discussion via Microsoft Teams centered on reflecting on what each of us did to improve our mental health. Tips and resources will be given to help continue our journey of being mentally aware and healthy.
