This is the first of 22 sessions hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning intended to educate and inspire people to engage in self-care. Those who register for the self-care series by the February 26th session and attend all of the sessions will be entered into a lottery at the end of the series to win prizes. The talk on January 22 will define self-care and the benefits it provides. At each in-person event, little tokens will be distributed.
