About the Moraine Valley Equity Academy
Academy Format
The Equity Academy will take place over two semesters (fall 21 and spring 22) and will require participation in a two-day off-campus retreat, monthly meetings and modules, short online quizzes, and completion of a research project that aims to close an equity gap. Final presentations and results will be shared in the fall 22 semester. The fall 2021 modules will take place in a virtual format.
All staff members are invited to apply to the Equity Academy.
