This workshop will provide an introduction to the Canvas learning management system from an instructor perspective. In this session, participants will learn how to navigate Canvas, post a course syllabus, create a simple module, edit the course menu, post announcements, and make the course and its resources available to students.

Canvas Grades: Getting Started

This workshop will provide an introduction to the assignments and grades tools in Canvas. In this session, instructors will create a simple assignment, enter student grades and feedback, and setup grading policies.

Collect Student Work In Canvas

This workshop will demonstrate how to create an assignment to accept various types of digital submissions and how to view and grade student work using SpeedGrader.
