In this session, faculty will put their assessment plan to action and learn how to use Canvas to align activities to outcomes, score student performance using rubrics, and view outcomes data for their course.
We will explore the many tools for managing due dates and availability times for assignments and quizzes. You will also learn how to grant more time or additional attempts to Canvas Quizzes.
This workshop will provide an introduction to the Canvas learning management system from an instructor perspective. In this session, participants will learn how to navigate Canvas, post a course syllabus, create a simple module, edit the course menu, post announcements, and make the course and its resources available to students.
