Professional Development CTL WORKSHOPS ONLINE COURSE DEVELOPMENT Online Course Development (OCD) is dedicated to teaching instructors how to create and facilitate an online, hybrid, or virtual course. The course is for instructors who want to learn how to teach in the online or hybrid format.
