Self-Care Spiritual Awareness (CTLE-E126-547)

This is the seventeenth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Center for Teaching and Learning. We will connect via Microsoft Teams to reflect on the panel discussion from September 4 as well as allow people to share how their spiritual journey has helped them with self-care. Additionally, we will share insights on understanding the religious communities represented at Moraine Valley Community College and how we engage in ways to foster inclusion.

Self-Care: Spiritual Awareness (CTLF-E126-546)

This session is in-person and is the sixteenth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Center for Teaching and Learning. This session will focus on the spirit part of the mind, body, and spirit (soul) connection. We will hear from different representatives of the spiritual groups that have been identified as part of the demographics of our Moraine Valley Community College family.

This is the tenth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning. Understand the significance of social health for mental well-being. Actively engage in activities to improve and strengthen social connections.

Self-Care: Mental Health Awareness (CTLE-E123-547)

This is the ninth session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning. We will be mindful of our Mental Health. We will have an informative and engaging discussion via Microsoft Teams centered on reflecting on what each of us did to improve our mental health. Tips and resources will be given to help continue our journey of being mentally aware and healthy.
