This is the second in-person session in the self-care series hosted by the Wellness Coordinator and the Center for Teaching and Learning. The emphasis will be on heart health. An informative and engaging activity centered around practices and habits that contribute to the well-being of the heart, as we are in the midst of a month that is designed to celebrate many things, including love and being kind to the heart.
